Warranty
At J and N products, all products are checked twice to meet the quality standards. All our products, however do have a 30-day limited warranty. All plastic products have 1 month warranty while the rubber products have a 1-year limited warranty.
The warranty is extended to manufacturing defects only. Any cone that is damaged during or because of improper installation or use shall not be covered under our warranty. This warranty does not include replacement for normal wear and tear.
Our cones, if fail during normal use within the warranty period due to a manufacturer defect, shall be replaced without a charge.
